    Subdued

The drums beating out of time,

The rhythm beating out of line,

As she crosses paths with her dream come true,

As she lays her arms, to become subdued.

A knife rests gently, laid down by her side,

As her passion and love, can’t seem to subside,

Just one last drip, to feel truly undone,

Gazing up at the mirror, to see what she’s become,

A monster, a beast, a damsel, no less,

    Inevitably, predictably, in distress,

Her eyes gloss over, the image starts to fade,

As memories of yesterday, become a daze,

She carves his name, with her last bit of will,

In her weak attempt to prove, she’s worthy of the kill,

She longs for his calling, his patience, his air,

She longs for the moment he promises he still cares,

And just like that, her heavy heart stood still,

Waiting for her death she let go of the pill,

Nothing more needed, to end her sad forsaken life,

To give her soul a break, from all the pain and strife,

To live and die, in grief and sorrow,

To live for now, not for tomorrow.

The drums beating out of time,

The rhythm beating out of line,

As she crosses paths with her dream come true,

Which only in death is finally subdued.

X: i cant date sumone as emotive, insecure, and dependent as you. you are irrational, and still have alot of growing up to do. i knew you would react like this to sum degree, but your actually doing worse than i expected.

X: i dont think i will ever respect you as little as i do leah, but i care for you a hell of alot more. so please, dont put urself in that position; be a better person. i care about you z, but it would not end well. it would not make either of us ultimately happy; you fail to look at underlying factors; i look at the thing in its entirety. thats the difference in our opinions.

    Be a better person.

    Forbidden Fruit

A starry night cries for a second chance of heart,

No one knows where to pick up and re-start,

As she gazes uncertain to a new day up ahead,

She slowly realizes all her emotions are dead,

The dreams of a dreamer left undreamt and unspoken,

She hands the locket off, as if to pass on the token,

She no longer feels the same desire to hold her own self back,

Realizing that all along, for him her emotions did lack,

It was true loves cure that made her see,

Just how things should, were meant to be,

As she wrote a note quickly to whisper her good-byes,

The pen wouldn’t touch the paper and she didn’t know why,

Dear lover, I’m sorry things had to be this way,

They flowed in her mind, but hurt too much to say,

As she tosses the pen aside left with nothing but nerves,

She holds her head steady, wondering what she deserves,

A single tear dances off her lashes, off her check,

Makes contact to the paper, as her feelings start to leak,

She’s undone, she’s broken, she wants nothing from this world,

But a true love bespoken, as she awaits for it to unfurl,

No one should ever have to deal with such a pain,

But she knows that by lying, they’ve both got nothing to gain,

As she gazes up and around the room, trying to soothe her soul,

She looks for something, anything, to fill this empty hole,

The locket stares back, and brings another tear,

The memories flash back from the past year,

The feeling she seeks, is what she’s running from,

But it’s not her fault she has finally grown numb,

She wants the love of another, whom cannot be forgotten,

A forbidden fruit of lust, which she will not let go rotten,

So as she slowly rises up, and makes her way to the door,

A feeling of cold washes over, as she’s not welcome any more,

A car rides up, the dust flies over, as she gazes back one last time,

To a time when peace, when love was true, to her last real divine.

    Never Corrupt

She tosses and turns, as day light fades,

Lets play a little game they call charades,

It’s three words of passion, which lead to her demise,

The words left unspoken as she screams out and cries,

She loves him, she loves him, she loves him but not,

For she is with another, whom can not be forgot,

He is with her in passing, as the day steadily dries,

But in her prime time, it is on him she relies,

Her passion, her devotion, set to one each different time,

But only one can claim her, to be their divine,

    Purity, injustice, love, and lust,

It all comes down, to happiness and trust,

He’s perfectly imperfect, but in that way he’s undone,

For he has another lover, with whom it has only begun,

And his happiness is simple, for he claims her as his own,

But sometimes she can’t help, but feel his attention condone,

She feels too needy, she feels confused and uncertain,

But in the end, she wants for no one else to be hurting,

If someone must be in pain, she will make sure it’s herself,

Because no should ever have to, live through the same hell,

    But as it remains,

    Things will stay the same,

    For each lover,

    Has for themselves another,

And as the light fades to nothing, she slips slowly into dreams,

Dreams of what could never be, thus forever dreaming it seems,

Despite what feelings may be spoken, nothing will ever disrupt,

The flow of what should forever be, will never be corrupt.

    Extraordinary

Have you ever wanted to speak a million different thoughts at once?

But to no avail because you can’t find a three word sentence and be done?

Have you ever wanted to just hop in a car and drive?

But to no avail because you just don’t feel that alive?

Have you ever wanted to break away, and become something unexpected?

But to no avail because you know your parents would have you arrested?

Have you ever wanted the chance to tell someone you love them so damn much?

But to no avail because you know for them you are just a crush?

Have you ever wanted to punch a wall to let out every frustration?

But to no avail because in reality it’s all in your imagination?

Have you ever wanted to just blast your music and dance all around?

But to no avail because its not lady like to make loud sounds?

Have you ever wanted to just pack everything up and run away?

But to no avail because your parents know where you’d go to stay?

Have you ever wanted to just wake up and be in someone else’s shoes?

But to no avail because you know that in this life you’re made to loose?

Have you ever wanted to soar higher then the rest?

But to no avail because you never feel like the best?

Have you ever wanted to be all that you can be?

But to no avail because this isn’t some cliché created by the army?

Have you ever wanted to release your inhibitions and do something out of ordinary?

But to no avail because everyone knows you’re not extraordinary?

Keep your head up gorgeous, people would kill to see you fall…
